Employment Type: Contract Basis 

Salary/Remuneration: Rs.54,000/ per month + HRA (For Ph.D. degree Holders) & Rs. 49,000/-per month + HRA for Master degree holders.

Qualification: With Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. in Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/Agricultural Biotechnology/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Physiology/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ /Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Botany. 

                                                                     OR

With Master’s Degree holder: Master Degree in Agriculture [M.Sc. (Ag.) (Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology /Agricultural Biotechnology / Plant Physiology / Biochemistry / Genetics and Plant Breeding / Microbiology with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s Degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least three years of research experience as evidences from Fellowship/Training and one research paper in science Citations Index/NAAS rated (>4) journal                                                                                                                                               OR 

Master degree (Post-graduate degree) in Basic Sciences (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology /Biotechnology/ Biochemistry / Botany / Genetics / Life Sciences / Microbiology) should have NET/GATE qualifications (CSIRNET / DBT – BET/ GATE) and having 02 years of research experience.

Experiences: Experience in Genomics, Genome Editing, Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics etc.

Age Eligibility: 21 - 45 years, as on date of interview (Age relaxation SC/ST/ OBC/PWD/ Women and other exempted categories as per ICAR / GOI guidelines).
