Job Title: Research Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad 

Hiring Organization: ICAR – Indian Institute of Millets Research.

Employment Type: Contract Basis 

Salary/Remuneration: Rs.80,000/- (Basic: 60,000/- + Allowances)

Qualification: • Master’s Degree in Food Technology/Food Science & Nutrition/Microbiology/ Plant Bio- Chemistry/ Agribusiness Management/ Food Engineering and allied fields with minimum of 60%marks. 

• PhD degree will be an additional qualification. 

• 2-3 years research experience in relevant field.

Experiences: • Experience in FMCG/ Food Sector, basic knowledge in cereals processing machinery, Food Chemistry, postharvest machinery, primary processing machinery, also able to handle incubation, startups, proven ability to analyze data and documentation skills. 

• Proficiency in English, and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage. 

• Willing to travel for field visits to micro processing units from various states 

• Prior experience in working with premier institutes such as NIFTEM/CFTRI/IIT/IIM’s/NIT/Premier SAU’s etc. will be an added advantage.

Age Eligibility: The age limit of above position is up to 40 years as on the date of interview. The relaxation in the upper age limit is five years for SC/ST/women candidates and three years for OBC candidates as per rules.
