Recruitment of Junior Research Fellow - 2022

The Walk-in-Interviews for the selection on the contractual positions of Junior Research Fellow, and Field Workers in below mentioned Projects will be conducted at this Institute on the date, time and venue and other details shown against each position. The below mentioned positions are purely temporary in nature which are co-terminus with the Project. The eligible candidates are invited to appear before the Selection Committee for Walk-in-Interview at ICAR- NDRI, Eastern Regional Station, Kalyani as per below schedule.

Hiring Organization: ICAR-NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE 

Employment Type: 

Salary/Remuneration: Rs. 31,000/-per month plus 24% HRA

Essential Qualification: Master degree in basic science OR Professional course in any one of following disciplines:- Animal Genetics & Breeding/LPM/Animal Reproduction & Gynecology / Biotechnology/Life Sciences with NET qualified (CSIR/UGC/ICAR. etc.) including lectureship/Assistant Professorship/GATE Qualification or Ph.D. degree of above subjects OR M.Tech in Electrical /ECE / Computer Science/ Machine learning and Artificial Engineering with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree or candidates having Post Graduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree with NET qualified (CSIR/UGC/ICAR. etc.) including lectureship/Assistant Professorship/GATE Qualification or Ph.D degree of above subjects.

Desirable Qualification: Experience in animal monitoring and data recording and analysis. Proficiency in computer skills and data handling and analysis. Or Experience of working with image analysis/machine vision technology etc.  

Age Eligibility: 30 years for Men and 35 years for Women in case of JRF on the date of Interview. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PHC as per GOI/ICAR rules)
