Scope of Function:
Field executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its Customers And Field executives are responsible for the maximization of sales of Deejay’s products. They help in the turnover of sales and provide data’s regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards. They are people who reach the customer directly.
Field Executives must explain, sell and execute the farming process, and serve as a liaison between the Farmers and Deejay.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • The primary objective of this job is to influence and convince farmers/customers to buy the Deejay Coconut Seedlings in the given territory. Identifying and satisfying customer needs.
  • Managing the resources available for the territory to efficiently and effectively achieve and exceed the sales target of coconut commercial seedlings
  • To approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
  • Initiating sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production expectations.
  • To identify business units that directly or indirectly involve in coconuts purchase and value addition through whom a system of contract farming may be developed.
  • To work through NGOs to improve the economic status of farmers through Deejay commercial coconut cultivation.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships, Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with all.
  • Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service schedules and other information pertaining to Coconut commercial seedlings. Verify that materials lists are accurate and that delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
  • In order to improve the business, attend the Agro sales and trade meetings, and read related publications in order to obtain information about Agro market conditions, business trends, and industry developments.
  • Emphasize product features based on the analysis of customers’ needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
  • Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications and demonstrate the operation and use of products. Recommend ways for customers to alter product usage in order to improve production.
  • Identify prospective customers with existing clients, participating in organizations and club events, and attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Compute customer’s production costs and estimate savings from new services and products offered by Deejay.
  • Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with customers – Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
  • Strictly Follow the CRM schedule to visit the existing customers.
  • Strictly following the daily, weekly and monthly reporting system.
