Post Name-  Guest Teacher

Qualification- 

a) Master degree in Horticulture ( Vegetable Science/ Fruit Science/ Floriculture & Landscaping) from recognized Agricultural university with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade 6.50 in 10.0 scale with good academic record. 

b) NET (National Eligibility Test) shall remain compulsory along with one publication in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, New Delhi) ratted referred journal. 

c) Essentially of NET can be waived for the candidates holding Ph D. degree with course work and has at least two full length publications of NAAS rating not less than 4 on the last date of submission. d) Those candidate having Ph.D. degrees without course work will not quality for NET Exemption.

How to Apply- 

1. Candidates shall apply in prescribed format. Incomplete applications shall be rejected. 

2. The post of Guest/Part Time Teachers is purely temporary and selected candidates will have no right for claim for regular appointment based on this experience on any post as advertised by Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya,Raipur (C.G). 

3. An appointment of guest teacher is temporary for academic session 2019-20 'only. In the event if eligible candidates are not available as per eligibility criteria as mentioned above, candidates have PG degree in relevant subject may be considered for part time teacher on period basis for only one semester of current academic session on approval of competent authority. 

4. If the performance of selected candidate found unsatisfactory, services of candidates can be withdrawn by one week notice. [n case, if any credentials claimed by candidate are found wrong, he/she will be removed from roles. 5. No TA,/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing in Interview.
