How to Apply- Candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria as mentioned above may submit their applications in
the format prescribed (download) and typed on plain A-4 size paper, along with copies of the
certificates duly self-attested regarding qualifications, date of birth, caste (if needed), experience
etc. Please provide only the list of research publications published in the peer reviewed journals.
The actual reprints/photocopies should be produced at the time of interview. The application
forms duly completed in all respects should be reached to the Principal, Palli Siksha Bhavana,
Visva-Bharati, P.O. Sriniketan, Dist: Birbhum, Pin-731236 (W.B) within 30 days from the date of
publication of advertisement. Candidates already under employment must apply through proper
channel and submit release order at the time of joining in Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra. No
objection certificate has to be produced at the time of interview.
The above posts are purely temporary and contractual, time bound and co-terminus with project
scheme (DAMU) or earlier, depending upon the performance of the candidate. One shall have no
claim in future for any employment in KVK or in Visva-Bharati on the basis of the engagement.
Canvassing in any form on behalf of any candidate shall be treated as a disqualification which
shall lead to the cancellation of candidature. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of
selection, which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment order, the
University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the
candidate. No TA/DA etc. will be paid for appearing in the interview. Mere possession of the
essential qualification does not qualify a candidate to be called for interview.
