Qualification- PhD in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Economics/Agriculture Science/ Forestry consistently good academic record or M. Sc in Environmental Sciences/ Economics (Environmental Economics) with three years experience in conducting the research on the issues related to climate change, livelihood sustainability, agro biodiversity/ecosystem management/resource dynamics and valuation Of ecosystem services

2. Applicants are requested to Apply With a) An essay (not exceeding 1000 words) on Why you would like to work on specific research area, b) detailed CV including attested copies of the mark sheet (s) and certificates, and c) two references by e-mail should reach to: Email id by December 2019.

4. Selected candidates will have to be in the field for conducting empirical field studies. Study regions are located in the Himalaya and the Western Ghats.

5. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be full and final and the Selection Committee has all authority on the selection of the candidate. The Selection Committee reserves the right not to recruit any candidate if no suitable candidates are found. Walk-in-interview on 24th December 2019 in the committee room from 10.30 am onward.
