Post Name- Senior Manager Partnerships

Qualification- Degree in agricultural economics, business administration or another relevant field of expertise.

More specifically:

• Proven ability to establish strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders and clients;
• Familiarity with data collection and financial analysis of business cases;
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (essential)
• Knowledge of development finance, de-risking and value chain financing.
• Understanding of critical sustainability challenges in (agricultural) value chains.
• The ability to think conceptually around complex issues;
• Experience in project management and leadership of teams;
• Willingness to travel.
