Qualification- M.Phil/Ph.D, M.Sc, B.Sc

Essential Qualification: 1. Ph. D. in Soil Science / Agronomy. Or Ph. D. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry with research on soil fertility/plant nutrition. Or Master's Degree (in Soil Science / Agronomy or Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry with research on  soil fertility/plant nutrition) with 4 years 1 5 years of Bachelor's degree having ISt division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of 'Research Experience' as evidenced from Fellowship / Associateship / Training / other engagements as circulated vide F.No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25-04-2014 and one research paper in Science citation index (SCI/NASS rated Journal as per 0M SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30-01-2019.

2. Nature of Job : Collection and analysis of soil/plant/ water samples from farmers field in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and other states and preparation of advisories for potato crop.

3. Desirable Qualification: At least one year's Research experience in potato, soil, plant analysis and handling of instruments for macro and trace elements analysis as evidenced by employment record and research publications.

Experience- 3-6 Years
