      1.      Research Associate – 02 Posts (Punjab & MP)– Temporary

Emolument: Rs. 40000/ + 5-10% HRA per month

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Seed Sc. & Technology OR Master's degree in the above mentioned subject with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1^st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagements

Desirable: Experience of conducting plant breeding experiments in field, molecular marker technology, plant disease diagnosis, knowledge of computer operation, data analysis using software, etc.

Age Limit: 35 years (Relaxation as per rules)

      2.     Senior/ Junior Research Fellow – 01 Post – Temporary

Emolument: Rs. 25000/ + 5-10% HRA per month for 1st and 2nd year, and Rs.28000/ + 5% HRA per month for 3^rd year

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Pathology/ with 4 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/ CSIR/ ICAR- NET qualification or equivalent/ Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines in relevant subject.

Desirable: Experience of field experimentation of plant breeding/ pathology experiments, molecular marker technology, plant disease diagnosis, knowledge of computer operation, data analysis using software, etc.
