Walk-In Selection Process of District Program Manager (DPM)

Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society (JSLPS), has been mandated to implement NRLM in Jharkhand. For smooth implementation of NRLM, JSLPS has established its three tier implementation structure at state, district and block level. 

Post: District Program Manager (DPM)-3 (UR-1, ST-1, SC1)

Two years’ full time regular Master Degree or PG Diploma, in Rural Development / Social Work/ Agriculture and allied sciences (10+2+4) from a recognized University/ institute. S/he should have minimum 6 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working in livelihoods/poverty eradication programme run by Government/Development Agencies/Corporate units or Reputed NGOs. The person should have proven track record of leading professional team at district level and substantially engaged in Community Institution Building Process and implementing Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods Promotion and Social Inclusion programmes/project. Person should have excellent writing and communication skills in Hindi and English. S/he should be well versed with MS office environment.

Candidates having above mentioned required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant post qualification experience for them would be 8 years with other details as mentioned above.

Salary Range: Starting from Rs.50,000 upto Rs.75,000 per month based on qualification and experience

The selection will be conducted through walk-in mode as per the below mentioned schedule:

 Date of Selection process: 30th December, 2017 

 Registration Time: 09.00 AM to 11.00 AM (The reporting time for registration process is between 9.00 AM – 11.00 AM. No application shall be accepted after registration time) 

 Duration of selection process: 11.00 AM onwards (The interview process may extend for next day depending upon Number of candidates) 

 Venue: Saptrishi Sewa Bhawan, Tupudana, Ranchi- Jharkhand

Note: 1. The above position is purely on contract basis as per policy of JSLPS. 2. Only bona fide candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be qualified to appear in the selection process. Final selection of the candidate depends on the performance in the selection process. 3. Resume & Photocopies of all certificates and testimonials related to educational Qualifications/professional degree and experience, Category & Residential Certificate need to be verified and submitted at the time of selection process.
