ICAR-NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ANIMAL NUTRITION AND PHYSIOLOGY

1.      Research Associate – 01 Post – Temporary

Emolument: Rs. 40,000+HRA per month

Essential Qualification:

        i.            Ph.D in Animal Reproduction, Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular biology and Bioinformatics OR Master's degree in the above subjects with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1^st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate-ship /Training /other engagements.

     ii.             Doctoral degree in life sciences. OR master’s degree (3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years master’s degree) in relevant subjects with NET/GATE/BET qualification

Desirable: Research experience in nucleic acids isolation and purifications, qPCR, NGS library preparation and sequencing. The candidate should have sound knowledge in bioinformatics analysis of current genomics (NGS and microarray) and proteomic (LC-MS/MS) platforms data. The experience should be supported with published research papers in Internationally reputed Journals

Age Limit: 40 years.

2.     Senior Research Fellow – 01 Post – Temporary

Emolument: Rs. 28,000+HRA per month

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Animal Reproduction, Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular biology and Bioinformatics with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with two years of experience

Desirable: Research experience in nucleic acids isolation and purifications, qPCR, NGS library preparation and sequencing. The candidate should have sound knowledge in bioinformatics analysis of current genomics (NGS and microarray) and proteomic (LCMS/MS) platforms data. The experience should be supported with published research papers in internationally reputed Journals
