Educational Qualification:






RA: Ph.D. in Biotechnology /Microbiology/Molecular Biology.


SRF: M.Tech/ M.Sc. degree (4 yrs of UG + 2 yrs of PG) in Food Process Engineering /Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Biotechnology

JRF: B.Tech/B.Sc. (4 years programme) in Food Process Engineering/ Food Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Food Science/Food Science and Nutrition.

PA: B.Tech in Food Process Engineering/ Food science and Technology/ or B.Sc., in Food Science and Nutrition/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology.


Salary:INR 12000-54000/- Per Month


Age Limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women.

Application Fee: Rs.500/- (exempted for SC/ST/PWD Candidates).

How to Apply:


A Walk-in-interview will be conducted at Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology, Thanjavur - 613005 (Tamil Nadu) on 04.03.2020 at 9.30 AM.

Candidate should bring original certificates and a copy of bio-data along with photocopies of certificates etc. No objection certificate from the current employer/wherever applicable for the interview.

  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh on average 19 KG lighter than us.
