Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following position in the project. The selected candidates will be posted at Nabarangpur district of Odisha.

Project: DBT project entitled: Economic empowerment of Tribal Farming communities in one of the aspirational district of Odisha.

Name of the position: Project Coordinator (01 no)

Job responsibility: To lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the area of agriculture, health, sanitation, skill development and capacity building.

Emoluments: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Consolidated). The salary can be enhanced for candidates with relevant experience.

Eligibility: Post-Graduate with demonstrable knowledge and working experience of at least 05 years in implementation of programme related to agriculture, health, sanitation, skill development and capacity building.

Age limit: The upper age limit of the candidate should be below 40 years as on 18.11.2019. Age relaxation will be given as per GOI guidelines.

Interested / Eligible candidates may download application form from the institute website (www.ils.res.in) and attend the interview with duly filled application form along with attested copies of mark sheets and certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if any) and the experience certificate. Incomplete applications and applications without the above mentioned documents will be rejected. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director regarding selection of candidates will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

The selected candidate will not have any right to claim explicit or implicit for any post in the Institute of Life Sciences. The initial appointment will be made for one year which is extendable after satisfactory performance on yearly basis till 13.03.2021 or end of the project.
