Bank of Baroda, one of India’s largest Banks is looking for around 15 qualified and experienced sector Specialists cum Product Managers who thoroughly understand these business, end to end and can lend support to the Bank to market its MSME products, create area specific / Product specific schemes for the Bank and drive the Business in the respective segments.


  1. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Food Processing
  2.  Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Textile
  3. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Wood products
  4. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Handicraft, Cottage as well as small or medium scale
  5. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Leather / Tanneries
  6. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Metal works/Crafts / Engineering
  7. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Stone / Marble works
  8. Sector Specialist cum Product Manager - Art & Crafts Sculptures
Qualification-Graduate/ Engineers / Agriculture Specialist from recognized University / Institute as approved by Central Government. Candidate having qualifications in the respective specialised area / MBA or equivalent will be preferred.





Work Experience -Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, Market place, Finance or General Management in one of the Specific business segments / sectors Candidates should have sound and thorough understanding of the specific product line & business and should have a minimum of 5 years’ of domain experience in the specific Industry which may be relaxed in deserving cases. Additionally, exposure to financial management will be given weightage. Candidate having exposure in rating agencies with the requisite industry specializations can also apply

Age-28 to 40 Years

Roles & Responsibilities-Driving the Business in the respective segments Implementing various Campaigns initiated by the Department. Marketing Bank’s MSME products & schemes Analysing Project requirement of Prospective customers. Ensure compliance with Bank's guidelines Introducing/strengthening customer segmentation through market research, Monitoring SME sales mechanisms and sales force management Analysing similar portfolios of Peer Banks

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT -Contractual Engagement for a period of 3 years, with yearly performance review. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
